Hey guys, I meant to do 30 mins on the treadmill this morning but that didn't quite work out plus after doing my new dvd yesterday my chest and leg muscles have been a little sore today! BUT I am gonna make sure I get in 1 of my 30 min dance workout sessions a little later, I am DEF gonna get my 2nd star this week!
