Hey ladies!!! OK, so I woke up and did the WATP.. the 3mile one for fatburning or something.. as the day passed on, just didn't think I did very much! So, I was making dinner, and decided better get to it.. not losing anything with just WATP.. so got on the treadmill and ran for an hour.. now, I just have to keep it up. Finding it depressing.. but I need to do it.
