You need to give us one activity (like lunges or sit ups) that everyone is trying to get points for, so on Monday (so far), I could do 50 squats for 5 points and then, if you chose lunges, maybe 50 lunges for 5 points.
The idea is that we would then have a variety of ways to earn points, so choose one of the things that you are challengun yourself to and post it as a challenge to the team
