I'm gonna try n do 40 situps(crunches do they count?)
then i'm gonnas do 20 lunges
try n do this daily

n also stay on my plan
p.s. now with point when u blog or post n someones blog how will u now if we done that or do we just need 2 keep count then tell u at the end of the wk?
