My name is Kat and this is my first time on this site. It seems like a really good idea and i can't belive some of the before and after pic i have seen. I am just starting in my plan to loose weight. I have tried before but never with support form other poeple. I am hoping to get some good ideas about what to eat and how to loose weight. I will be going out on my bike once or sometimes twice a day for 30-40 minutes so I hope to shift some weight soon. I would love to hear form some othe people and hear about your experiences.
