My goals for this week:
1. GET BACK ON TRACK.
2. Find some stress-reducing exercises..
3. Water, water, water.
4. FIND SOMEWHERE TO PUT ALL THE FOOD THAT IS OUT SO I'M NOT TEMPTED TO EAT IT! (It is on top of my fridge right now...)
5. Find some new, delicious, healthy foods.
