How about exercise? I can still keep doing the same 3-5 days a week, right? Just wondering since I'm eating less carbs.

If your hungry eat...and are you kidding me I am miss TAE-BO Queen! That;s one of the reasons I love southbeach it's not really a diet to me...the first phase is kinda hard but I'm use to real strict low carb so it was no problem for me ...tomatoe cucumber and onion salads with vingerette dressing is my favorite and I don't eat red meat so actually enjoyed it with my string cheese, nuts (often went overboard -lol) sugar free jello and sugar free popsicles...I was in heaven and lost 17 1/2 pounds. So stick with it Belle and you will definitely have success! Exercise is key and the results will be even better!!
