Hey Jo still kickin it with PHASE II i lost 4 lbs but due to being sick lol I still can't exercise holding off until Monday then it's full swing ahead! I missed everyone yesterday I was so lonely...but thanks TASHA finally got your message sweetie and Jo my nephew is 2 and Dupree is 8 almost 9 so big difference but he is a big help for me...well wanted to check in I am swamped at work don't know when I'll be back...
