I heard from Jane a few days ago. She sent out a post.
I am doing phase 2 right now because of all the running I have been doing. Lost 4 lbs so far this week! YAY!
I found this little rice cakes as a snack. I think they are ok for phase 2. They are made of brown rice and drizzled with carmel or chocolate. (Not alot)
They are made by quaker oats. They are good and only 90 calories.
