Yeah sometimes I eat eggs for breakfast but yuck. I try to find other recipes to eat for breakfast. Sometimes I eat leftover dinner for breakfast. I made this recipe a few days ago for dinner but it tasted like a breakfast dish. It has lean beef, turkey bacon, eggs, mayo and onions in it. You bake it. Pretty good. If you are interested, I will post the link for the recipe.
I went to the Ymca today. I ran a full 1.15 miles straight! I have never done that! So all in all I got in 45 mins of cardio and arm weights. Oh yeah, I did 20 min pilate workout at home this morning too. If I don't go on my evening walk tonight, I will do one of my WATP dvds.

Lia, don't worry. Just keep pushing through and that darn scale will have to move sometime. I too have a love/hate relationship with that thing. I think we all do. ugh.
