I worked out today at home with a tape. It always kicks my butt, my goal is to make my moves tighter and have more control of my kicks. After that, I decided to do some serious calesthetics (sp?) and boy was I moaning bc I was really feeling it! I did 100 crunches as well, and then some pushups. Since I did one set of 25, I need to up my goal for Dec. I\'d like to be able to do one set of 30 pushups...
