Any new favorites for workouts? With spring here, I'm using them less. Well, let's face it, the past couple of weeks I've been doing everything less.  Well, no time like the present to start again. My favorites are still Walk and Kick and 4 Fast Miles. I need to get some more 3 miles. I've only got one.

The weatherr has been perfect here in Texas. I have to take advantage of it while I can, soon enough it will be to hot to walk, ride or do anythhing outside. It seems like both of you like the 4 fast miles. I might just have to go buy that one. Didn't make yoga tonight but i did go walking for 3 miles and did 20 mins of abs.
Diane, stay away from that bad place and stay with us!!!! Let's have a good week this week!! Until tomorrow....
