Way to go Tasha! I pulled a you yesterday. I walked for 45 minutes and when I got back home I jumped on my bike for 20 minutes. The last time I rode my bike I could not even make it around the block. The bike is certainly something you have to get used to....the seat! I did great with breakfast and lunch but dinner we had crawfish. They were great! So I decided to walk for 45 more minutes. I started taking vitamins this weekend, wondering if that's what gave me so much energy yesterday???? Today just had cereal for breakfast. Plan on going to Yoga tonight. Have a great Monday guys!
