Ok cats: here are my goals for the week!
1. 1400 cals a day
2. 64 ozs water a day
3. weighted cardio 5 days this week
4. mix of weighted cardio and strength on Saturday
5. 4 team challeges per day
6. 60 v sit ups, 60 bridges and 30 crunches per nite, Monday thru Friday
7. 60 triceps lifts 3 days a week
8. take my vitamins
9. log on and support my buddies!
10. try more low cal foods, like granola bars and different fruits and veggies
There ya go!!!
