Hi Nicole! Last month we were just doing WATP workouts but this month we are doing other things too but using WATP when we can't make it to the gym or don't want to. I started off this month going to the gym and in the evening I am doing a watp dvd.......
Except this morning I didn't make it to the gym.
I did the 4 mile super challenge today and 20 minute pilates workout. I am planning to go to the gym to walk or something.
