I am in again.

Start Weight: 140.4
My pledge: To loose 5 pounds!

I pledge 5 days a week of exercise!

4/1: lame: I did 5 minutes on the RED, and then 30 crunches on the bean. My abs were killing me yesterday but I did the crunches anyway.
4/2: WI Down .8 139.6
4/3: Walked 3 miles in 45 min. and did 100 crunches on trampoline and did some light weights.
4/4 Walked 4 1/2 miles and did 100 sit ups.
4/5 Walked 3 miles in 45 minutes.
4/6 may rest!
4/7 walked 3 miles and did 100 situps.
4/8 walked 3 miles did 100 situps and worked arms
4/9 WI stayed the same!
4/10 Walked 3 1/2 miles and did 100 situps
4/11 Walked 3 miles and did 100 situps
