Hello all I am back and ready to get this weight gone. I am pledging at least 20 miles of walking a week and to workout at least 3 days. Food to stick to the low carbs and drink all my water. I would like to lose 20 lbs this month I was wanting to been done with going to Mexico but havent lost any weight in 2 months so maybe it is inches. So girls kick me in the rear when you feel I am slacking off.
Day 1 WI. 173-no walking or working out Play Wink
Day 2 Walked 3miles
Day 3 Walked 2 miles
Day 4 Walked 1 miles
Day 5 Rest
Day 6 Rest
Day 7 WI 172: Walked 4 miles
Day 8 Went back to work Cleaned 3 trailors
Day 9 Cleaned 4 Trailors
Day 10 Cleaned 3 Trailors
Day 11 Cleaned 2 Trailors
Day 12 Cleaned 1 trailor
Day 13 Rest
Day 14 WI 171: Walked 4 miles
Day 15 cleaned 3 trailors
Day 16 cleaned 4 trailors
Day 17 cleaned 2 trailors
Day 18 walked 4 miles
Day 19 rested
Day 20 rested, 50 leg lifts
Day 21 WI 170: Walked 5 miles Finally the scales have moved a little(platuo)
Day 22 no walking just rearranged furinture still can't get under 170 Play Wink
Day 23 Worked today and cleaned 2 trailors and shampooed carpets.
Day 24 Worked today, did good eating
Day 25 worked
Day 26 worked
Day 27 relaxed
Day 28 worked
Day 29 worked
Day 30 worked no weight loss this month i hate that but on a good note I am doing a fundraiser with 3 other women and it is a walking challenge and all proceeds go to cancer research, which I am very exicted about. Hope everyone meet their challanges. WI
