Hey I'm totally in. Computer has been on the fritz so I'm back!! WOOHOOO
Going for 20 days exercise Continuing my 80oz of water which seems to be more of a habit now So, my new goal is less sugar. If I eat deserts or snacks i'll be posting it here for the world to see!
Exercise:
1 walking 30 minutes
2No Exercise
3 No Exercise
4 Walking 20 minutes
5 Walking 45 minutes
6 No exercise so far just house work
7 30 minutes walking
8 45 minutes walking
9 No exercise
10 No exercise
11 resistence bands
12 20 minute walk
13 No exercise
14 25 minute walk
15 15 minute walk
16 resistance bands
17No exercise
18 went to the gym did almost an hour
19 No real exercise chased my nieces around all day
20 No exercise sick
21- Took annie for a walk 30 minutes
22- Hit the gym 30 minute circuit workiout
23- No exercise
24- No exercise
25-Gym 35 minutes
26- No exercise only house work lol
27- No exercise out of town. Totally lazy
28- No exercise
29- 30 minutes gym
Sweets:
April 1st had a small piece of pineapple cake. Scrapped off icing!
April 5th had 2 mini candy bars
April 6th had another mini candy bar!
April 10- Split candy bar with dd
April 13th- Had a mini fried apple pie
april 17 had small brownie
April 23rd- Had a slice of Chocolate birthday cake
April 24th- Had a slice of Carrot birthday cake!
29- small slice of cake
