Florence, looks like you are doing the forum right. The quote button is just for when you want to answer or respond to a specific question.....kinda like you did to the food list that I put on here.
Go back a few pages and look through...I think it was Jayne that posted a great site for recipes. I just printed off a bunch of them and went to the grocery store to get the ingredients. That site is awesome!
Maybe I will go back and look for it and re-post it.
