Sounds like a plan to me!!!! I did not measure myself before I started WATP but I am happy to say that I am in a size 8 now (pants) At first they were extremely tight but I put them on anyways. Now they fit normal. I am top heavy and am and will probably always be in a size M. My weight did not change too much maybe I'm down 2 - 3 pounds. I plan on doing yoga tonight. This morning I had oatmeal and for lunch I had a Subway chicken breast sandwich with baked chips. So far so good!!!
