back again from the walk, knee is twinging a bit. walked father than I intended, just shy of 2 miles. Nothing that advil and activeon can't hurt
Lori. both knees hurt not and then. just the left one more, reinjured it last friday when I had my day off and walked the beach a bit. oy about miss tongo!! gl w/ the meeting.
Jen- everything is falling apart @ this laundromat, i like it because pretty quiet when I go and no weird people for the most part.bummer about the trail about being a road. just keep your eyes peeled. I had ankle wts before the flood trashed them but knee would start acting up. so had to stop
