Hey guys! I finally found this post I've done a total of 25 miles. With walking Gumbo, walking to pick up the boys from school, walking on the beach and riding bikes with the family (can those miles count?) I know it's walking but the boys really love bike riding and Gumbo dog can get some running in. She loves it and I really feel it in the legs! Whooo doggie I think I'm going to work in the yard tomorrow. Maybe a bike ride when Vernon gets off work so he can ride up front. How's everyone else doing??
