Hello, I am Telena and I am 39 years old. I live in Alabama and I have come to realize that I need to lose some weight and the old fashioned way just is not working. I am divorced with three children all of which are no longer living at home. I live with the BF and he has a five year old that lives with his mother. I have in the past battled with bulemia and the side effects from that have not been good. It will never totally be gone. I still have to deal with staying away from buffets. But its been ten years since it was bad. My weight problems started when I was a teen. I hope this site will give me the support I need to lose the weight for good and keep it off. I also hope I can offer support to all you guys.
