Oh my how exciting things are getting here at the beach!! So much enthusiasm and good will!!
Ok, about the headaches...I am a migraneer, (chronic migraine sufferer) and when I first started Atkins & South Beach, I was miserable for the first few days....ON BOTH diets, my headaches went away. When I am not following a low-carb diet, I cannot eat avocados, they are an INSTANT migraine, but on SB & Atkins, I can eat them pain-free!
Here's a recipe I tried last night:
sautee minced garlic, onions, tomatoes, add ground turkey, low-sodium soy sauce, worchester sauce (I'm sure I mispelled that), garlic salt and add zucchini....my boys and I LOVED it!!
On that note, I decided to cook the SB way my boys can still have their extra, but as long as mom is cooking we're all eating the same thing at the dinner table----I'm not making more than one meal!!
