Im using it, but I gotta tell you Im so out of shape I can only do a few minutes BUT its fun! I know I look like Im having a seizure so my daughter isnt allowed to watch me while I do it because the jokes would never end. To illustrate my lack of dancing ability and how its been part of me since childhood--in high school my sisters dubbed me sarcastically "The Dancing Queen"
