1/2 C Fiber One 0
FF Yogurt 2
Lunch:
Flat Out 2
Turkey 2
LC Cheese Wedge 1
Dinner:
1 C Whole Wheat Spaghetti 3
1/2 C Tomato Sauce 1
Homemade meatballs w/ ex lean grnd beef (guesstimating) 5
Snacks:
Grapes 1
Fiber One Bar 2
20/24....plus 8 Ap's..gunning to eat 4 so 20/28
