HI!
I'm Ashley and I'm new!
I can't say I feel unhealthy because I just kicked the smoking habit four weeks ago and feel excellent, been eating healthy food from the co-op in my town and exercising with a personal trainer. Now, I just need to keep it going long enough to see the good results, right now i'm going through the muscle weight gain that makes me upset at the scale for not computing how good I'm doing
