Okay Traci, so i'm Erin and I'm new! I am very unhealthy right now and have to change my life before I die around age 30. Now I'm 28!! Just joined yesterday and so far I love everything that I see!! Being only 4ft7" I need to weight about 90 lbs, so that's my goal. But if I could just get a jump start and try to go from 160-140, I might actually have a chance!! Thanks for the great welcome.
