Re: Walk Away the Pounds Challenge - Wk 2
Hey guys! I only lost one pound this week. I have been at this weight for almost one month now. It is getting a little frustrating. I actually started Bikram Yoga yesterday so I have not had the energy to walk the past two days. It is also called "hot" yoga and it's awesome!!! The only thing is that it takes me about 25 minutes to get there from my house. That's Houston for you though!!! Hope everyone had a great weekend. Let's lose some weight this week!!!
