Ok, here goes.
Breakfast: banana and glass of skim milk
snack: 1 cup of cheerios snack mix
Lunch: 3 pieces of thin crust sausage pizza and another glass of skim milk.
Dinner: ham and scalloped potatoes and corn
Water: 32 ounces----I am working on more water, need to get better at that.
girl scout cookies---3 thin mints and 3 peanut butter cookies
