I am pleased with last week. Heck I even messed up my schedule on Friday and did cardio even though it was a strength day.....I did both instead of just settling for cardio.
I am pledging 5 days again:
SUNDAY-OFF
MONDAY-OFF
TUESDAY-Firm Total Body Time Crunch 45 mins.
WEDNESDAY-10 mins bike, 25 mins leg machines, 5 mins abs, 30 mins. swam laps.
THURSDAY-30 mins bike, 35 mins upper body machines, 5 mins abs, 5 mins stretching
FRIDAY-Elliptical 35 mins
SATURDAY-Stairmaster 15, bike 20, 35 mins upper and lower body machines, 5 min abs, 5 min stretching[/COLOR]
5 DAYS PLEDGED.....PLEDGE MET!!!!!
