Hello Fitness Fanatics. I hope everyone has a great week. Here are my weekly goals.

1. Journal every day, every single bite
2. Do better on portion control, weighing and measuring and not just guessing
3. Drink 10 glasses of water a day.
4. Exercise six days this week in the MORNING
5. Be a good buddy
6. Lose two pounds and get below 215!
