I am good sore this morning. I did the new Firm Shape & Burn. No step box needed for this, which is why I bought it. It was very fast moving, but I guess it was good. LOL
Some nice news here......Kevin should be home for a couple of days at some point over the weekend. That'll be good. I think I am in one of those moods where I could just use a hug. Ya know what I mean?
Funny story from Kevin last night.....he was in a unit working and was coming out and had to go through whatever meter for contamination and it went off. LOL So he had to strip and shower....twice! He has no clue how it happened...especially since his clothes wound up having to go, but his boots were fine. Luckily his only clothing were undies and tshirt. He had on one of those paper suits.
So on tap for today is work(yuck) then some strength training and Garrett has practice tonight.
