I wanna challenge myself more. Okay since I go all the way around the bush 2 get 2 the point, lol n a nutshell does anyone on here have some workout plans,workouts,etc u could tell me.
I'm also thinking about starting 2 run but that's what I've been doing n the past couple yrs. n I mess up really fast. Just not sure if I'm ready 4 that. Anywayz, thx 4 reading. U guys r the best. Good luck!!!!
