Hello everyone,
got the exercise and water in. Hope it's a bit less hectic @ work today. There were quite a few out yesterday. Have the beginings of a headache, but I'm armed w/advil if I need it. Slept pretty well,woke up but was able to get right back to sleep. Still didnt get a change to schedule that mammogram, hopefully I can call them after work.

Nik- ugh about the sleep, not to mention the meds. hope they are effective.
Sarah- originally my ancestors came from France. There is a family association up there.They have a website up w/ over 10000 people in our family tree!!!They actually stopped being active since not many people were paying dues. Too bad they even had a newsletter about our ancestors.
Janna- ugh about the nieces games. I'm sure you did the best you could while you were away.
