I'd like to join you ladies. I started back up today although I wasn't perfect, but it was an improvement and a move in the right direction. I have 70 lbs to loose. Wow, that is a shock writing that. I still "see" myself as that slim self - I still feel like her - but the mirror says otherwise. I'm going to need a lot of help on this journey but I am determined to succeed!
