My goals for the week are as follows:
1) Stay in my points range.
2) Exercise at least 4 times during the week and then on Saturday.
3) Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
4) Help motivate my new Buddies.
5) Try to get my husband to take some pictures of me for the homework.
