i'm so glad we have partners and challenges, that makes me want to work a little bit harder!
my goals this week:
1) do all the challenges
2) count calories, trying to keep it under 1400 (plan is to drink lots of water and distract myself when i start to feel a craving coming on)
3) get a gym membership wednesday
4) work out at least 5x
5) check in with monica and the rest of the team to try to keep everyone (including myself) motivated
6) lose 2 lbs, since i hardly lost any last week
