Kim, I really like the challenges you posted for the week for all of us. That is a great idea!
1) I plan to try to walk 6,000 steps daily this week (I have a pedometer)
2) stop the night time eating
3) keep writing down what I eat and calorie totals--1200 calories max daily
4) Check in with Traci daily and encourage ALL on our team
