Kristina: Hey and welcome. I am just getting out of my rut with being a stay at home mom this time around as I had my daughter 10 weeks early and I've been under so much stress etc and what do I do when I'm stressed? Eat! So I've taken a stand against my stomach so to speak. One thing I did to help was remove all the temptation out of the kitchen. I have a cabinet with a lock on it that I put all my fiance's 'junk' in that I want to constantly be munching on. After a few days you'll see that you don't really want it, it's just there and that's why you take it. Accountability is also a factor as well. Having someone that you have to be accountable to for the things you are doing throughout the day is also a good tool, helps you stay away!
