My goals for this week are:
drink 100 ounces of water
eat breakfast each day
work out at the gym 5 days this week (cardio and upper and lower body workouts)
Keepin it simple this week. Worked hard last week and only maintained, but hopefully will lose some poundage this week. I AM building muscle though. I started leg pressing 90 pounds and am leg pressing 175 pounds now!!!!! So i AM seeing progress!

LETS GO HEARTBREAKERS!!!!
