I haven't done this before, but I'd love to join. And it will help me to see this all in one place and figure out where I need to improve. What a great idea!
1. 60 min Hydro Training, 20 min elliptical, 5 min walking, 100 crunches @ 85 lb
2. - nothing really - putt-putt golf, swimming for leisure, walking around campgrounds

6. 20 min Cross Ramp on crosstraining, 20 min elliptical on hills (around the world, level 5), 5 min bike on hill training (kilimanjaro level 6), 15 min Arc Trainer on hill training level 3.

8. 20 min elliptical on hills (level 6), 20 min on arc trainer on hills (level 3), 100 crunches, 60 minutes Hydro
9. - 10 min on bike on hills (level 6), 10 min on elliptical on hills (level 7), 20 min on Cross Ramp (gluteals 1), 5 min walking cool down, 100 crunches, 100 water crunches, misc work with water dumbells.

20 min elliptical hills level 6, 10 min bike hills level 8, 20 min Arc Trainer hills level 3, 10 min CrossRamp gluteals 2, 100 crunches (40-50 lbs)
