Re: Slim in 6 vs. turbo Jam
Hey there!! I have done both. At the school I used to teach at, we projected them onto the wall in the gym and did them. We started with Turbo Jam.. but I will be honest, I found it difficult.. not in a sense of movements.. but she was very unclear to the changes...and you are "groving" on your own.. lol and I can dance.. but clenching all my muscles and dancing just wasn't for me. I know a lot of ladies didn't like it.. and we quickly dropped it. (gave it a week go)..
However... I have slim in 6'd on and off for about 3 years.. (shame on me for not sticking).. the first time I did it.. ok, I wasn't in a bikini..(a lot more effort than that) and I didn't notice anything myself.. but yeah.. to be fair, I was pumped.. hard muscles.. and losing weight. So, I had all the girls noticing themselves getting way better toned bodies. I also have the Power 90 program, but the Slim in 6 is the best. There are a couple super helpful tips I have figured out.. but it is a great workout!
we have labeled it "SI6" sounds more James Bond'ish! ha
