April.....Every point is 50 calories...but then you add in fat and fiber to the mix so it does get a bit confusing. At any rate, when I lost my weight before, that was what I did and it worked for me....therefore I will try that again. Good job on your water and walk yesterday!
Lizzy......yeah I think it is worth a try to change it up a bit. We will see what happens.
