Re: Heart Breakers It's On Now Week #1
My goals for this week are to hit the gym Monday through Friday and get in 60 minutes of cardio each day, and 2 lower body work outs and 2 upper body work outs for the week. Also to drink atleast 96 ounces of water (or more but atleast that) each day.
As far as eating goes, I think my goal for this week will be to not eat after 8:00 PM, to eat "clean" all week, having one "cheat meal" on Thursday (its my friends birthday and im hosting her dinner and birthday cake). I will do my best to start with these goals. The hardest one for me is going to be the "clean eating" all week. I have a tendency to want to snack in the evenings, but im going to be strong!
