So, I got 4.25 on elliptical today ad at least .75 walking this morn. Will be out after nap and for dog walk, but it is snowing, so not sure how many miles will happen. Will check in later. I can't seem to get over 4 miles at the gym - i usually only have one hour or less and can't run or get my heart rate over 140 - argh - i want more miles!!!
