when i 1st started buddyslim, i weighed 152. now i'm @ 117. i love it and i owe it all to you guys. you guys have been my inpiration through all my hard times and kept me going and still do.i feel so much better. ** THANK YOU** all so much. and it's not just the buddies from my list,it's everyone on here,too.
