Wow Nicole you are coming out strong. I have 4 miles so far. I am going to visit a friend in the hospital tonight so might walk around there for some miles in a nice warm building. It's freezing outside here too. Just an update my friend who has Cancer had her kidney taken out today and they didn't find any Cancer anywhere eles in her body. Thank God!!
