I guess the hardest part is done..posting the "before" pics. I have already lost 15 lbs but I have so much more to go. I am excited about starting this with all of you.
I already have a scale. I am not sure of the accuracy but it seems to be right. My weight as of today is 193. I will know my measurements tomorrow when I visit Curves.
My weight is a combination of many things. One being babies of course...then my hypothyroidism...beyond that just depression...family problems..I would turn to food to give me a moment's solace from what was going on around me.
I have changed alot of things already. I go to Curves and workout everyday with my youngest daughter. We walk together when the weather permits. I no longer eat sweets or anything made from white flour. I want to continue on with this as well as my positive attitude. I am not going to hide behind food when I feel bad. I talk to someone...whether that be on here or to a family member. I want to be the best "me" possible both physically and mentally.
