Please dont lose this energy and determination!
I will put up my pics today...when i get home from playing soft ball with the family.

im overwhelmed at all of the response ...im so excited !! I cant wait to see all of the wonderful changes that we make ....and all of the weight and inches that we lose!! woo hoo!

try to check your bulletins , messages, and our forum atleast once each night before hitting the hay...

oh ..and just a little tip...when going to work out...eat something healthy before going....healthy cereal (high protein, and fiber less sugar) and fruit.
if you eat something sugary..not only is it not good for you but, the sugar wears off and you are too weak and tired to get your best work out...

and make sure you are getting enough sleep and water...dont go to the gym without a water bottle...and a towel .

be aware of what goes into your body....read labels....!!

we are so worth the extra work!

lets get our homework for this week...i dont want to overwhelm you ...but we have to work hard at this!
